Sub-processors

To deliver the Service, Zaxim relies on the third-party providers below. Each may process personal data on our behalf, only on our instructions and under their own security and data-protection commitments. This page is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Current sub-processors

• Clerk — authentication and account management (United States).
• Supabase — Postgres database hosting (European Union).
• Vercel — application hosting and serverless functions (United States / global edge).
• Cloudflare R2 — object storage for logos and uploaded files (Western Europe).
• Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record (United Kingdom / European Union).
• Anthropic — AI draft generation; your prompt and proposal inputs are sent on your request (United States).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (United States).
• PostHog — product analytics (European Union / United States).

Locations indicate where each provider primarily processes data and may change as providers operate globally; see each provider's own documentation for current details.

Changes

We will update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data on our behalf and, for material changes, give reasonable notice as described in our Data Processing Agreement. Questions? Email support@zaxim.app.
