Refund Policy
Effective May 7, 2026
This page explains when and how Zaxim issues refunds for subscription purchases. It restates Section 3 of our Terms of Service as a standalone document for the convenience of payment processors and customers who want to read it on its own.
1. Subscriptions
Some Zaxim features require a paid subscription (Prime, Prime Annual, Pro, or Pro Annual). Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods. By subscribing, you authorize Zaxim and its payment processor (Paddle.com Market Ltd.) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
2. All sales are final
Zaxim does not offer refunds for subscription periods or partial periods, except where required by applicable law (for example, the consumer right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law, where it applies and has not been waived by use of the digital Service). This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date, and we will not bill you again. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of the current period.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans (Prime Annual, Pro Annual) are billed once per year. Cancellation during an annual term stops the next renewal but does not refund any portion of the current year. You keep access until the end of the paid term.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry over the next few days. During that grace window your subscription remains active. If the retries are exhausted without a successful charge, the subscription is canceled and your account drops to the free tier — no refund is owed because no charge was completed.
6. Disputed or fraudulent charges
If you believe you were charged in error, by someone else, or as the result of fraudulent account activity, contact us at support@zaxim.app within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate in good faith and process a refund where the charge is found to be unauthorized or duplicated.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Where local law mandates a refund period or cooling-off right that overrides the "all sales are final" rule above, we will honor it.
8. Contact
Questions about a charge, a renewal, or this policy go to support@zaxim.app. We read every email and reply in due course.
