What's the difference between Prime and Pro?+
Prime ($10) gets you the proposal toolkit — unlimited proposals, designed templates, tracking, change requests, versions, the library. Pro ($20) adds the post-acceptance workflow: deposit invoices, e-signed contracts, auto-seeded kickoff checklists, and the CRM rollups. If you bill clients and handle contracts yourself, Pro pays back in saved DocuSign / accounting tool fees alone.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period. All sales are final — subscriptions (monthly and annual) are non-refundable upon purchase.
What happens after my 3 free proposals?+
You can still view, download, edit, and share all three proposals forever. To make a fourth, you'll need to subscribe to Prime ($10) or Pro ($20). Existing invoices and contracts stay accessible regardless of plan.
Do you offer refunds?+
All sales are final — we don't offer refunds. Prime / Pro are month-to-month, so cancel anytime to stop future charges; the current period stays active until renewal. That's why we let you ship three full proposals free first, before you put a card in.
What counts as one proposal?+
One generation = one proposal. Editing, re-rendering as a different template, or re-downloading the PDF doesn't count. Re-generating from scratch with the AI does.
Can clients leave comments without an account?+
Yes. Clients open your share link and can comment, suggest scope changes, accept the proposal, sign the contract, and check off their kickoff items — all without an account.
Do you take a cut of my invoices?+
No. Proposa generates the PDF invoice with your own payment details (Wise, PayPal, M-Pesa, bank — whatever you use) and emails it to the client. Money moves on your rails, never through us. We're a tool, not a payment processor.
Do you have a team or agency plan?+
Not yet. Coming for 2–10 person studios. Email support@proposa.app if you want early access.
Where is my data stored?+
Your proposals + library content live in our Supabase Postgres (EU region). PDFs are cached on Cloudflare R2. We don't train AI on your content. You can delete any proposal anytime — it's gone immediately.
