Pro ($20) runs your business: everything in Prime, higher volume, the client CRM (pipeline, lifetime value, outstanding), the financial dashboard with a monthly income target, Scope Shield, overdue reminders and needs-follow-up flags, recurring invoices for retainers, acceptance autopilot, and priority support.

Yes — open Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, which takes you to the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until that date. See our refund policy for the full details.

After your three lifetime proposals, Free keeps giving you one fresh proposal every month — so you never go silent. Everything you made stays viewable, downloadable, editable, and shareable forever, and the project workroom stays free on unlimited projects. To generate more than one a month — or send contracts and invoices on more than your one free project — you'll subscribe to Prime ($10) or Pro ($20). Deleting a free proposal doesn't reopen a slot — the three count once they're created.

All sales are final — see our refund policy. Prime / Pro are month-to-month, so cancelling stops future charges immediately while the current period stays active until its end date. The three free proposals exist so you can ship real work before putting a card in.

Creating a new proposal — whether by AI generation or from scratch — counts as one. Editing, re-rendering as a different template, re-downloading the PDF, sharing, or accepting it doesn't. Duplicating a proposal does (it's a new row). Deleting a proposal frees the list view but does not refund the slot.

Fifteen lifetime “Improve with AI” rewrites on highlighted sections — enough to iterate meaningfully on three proposals without grinding the AI for free. Prime / Pro / Annual plans get unlimited rewrites.

The fastest way to fill it is Smart Import — drop a résumé, an old proposal, or your website and we draft your profile, skills, and case studies for you to review. The Library is where that lives: your résumé, past proposals you've sent (Word / Google Docs / PDF), case studies, testimonials, and reusable snippets. When you generate an AI draft on Prime or Pro, our AI reads all of it — your real titles and years, your voice, your winning patterns — and writes a proposal shaped by that history. Free-tier generations draft from your bio only, to keep your free runs cost-flat.

No — the prompt explicitly tells our AI to study patterns, not text. It learns voice, structure, and pricing framing from your past work and writes something fresh that fits the new client. We even ask it to look at what may have weakened the proposals you marked as “lost” and try to do better.

Every plan can opt into push notifications for comments, change requests, accepted proposals, and signed contracts. You pick which channels you want — in-app bell, email, browser push — in Settings → Account. iPhone / iPad support requires installing Zaxim to your home screen first (a Safari limitation, not ours).

Yes. Clients open your share link and can comment, suggest scope changes, accept the proposal, and sign the contract — all without an account.

No. Zaxim generates the PDF invoice with your own payment details (Wise, PayPal, M-Pesa, bank — whatever you use) for you to send from your own email. Money moves on your rails, never through us. We're a tool, not a payment processor.

Your proposals + library content live in our Supabase Postgres (EU region). PDFs and signed contracts are cached in Cloudflare R2 (Western Europe). Payments are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record — we never see your card details. We don't train AI on your content. Delete is honoured immediately on a per-row basis; backups roll forward for 30 days.
